guided relaxation
the cd is designed for relaxation,using voice over a musical soundtrack. the music is intrusive as it overides the spoken word.the volume of the speech is at times almost inaudible---there is imbalance between the two which intereferes with relaxation. there is a analogy in part 2 with the listener and a willow tree which is most disconcerting. i think the quality control and a review of the contents is needed if the makers wish to promote their product
