these are easy to swallow and need to take with food at mealtimes.
i had no side affects.
but had no weight loss.
would not buy again thought great only herbal and saw the hype but not what i expected.
Adios pill are useless
I bought some of these in a bid to lose my last stone. After an hour or two of taking the tablets, I was getting stomach ache. After a week this was accompanied by appalling wind. They are really large 'horse' tablets, so not easy to swallow. Having paid quite a lot of money for them, I continued for the month. Apart from emptying the local gym (due to my flatulence)they did absolutely nothing. Despite healthy eating and exercisng at the gym 4 times a week, I lost no weight what so ever. Please do not buy these, Adios are no quick fix for losing weight.

'Adios Max - Can Aid Weight Loss Maximum Strength' doesn't do what it says on the label!! Despite following a low fat diet I saw or felt, no benefit from taking this product.
