Getting fit and shedding pounds5
This is great value and really is doing the business for me. I've always been a bit of a fad exerciser and dieter like most of us but I really wanted to shift some weight and with this and cutting a bit of fat out my diet I'm doing it at last. Highly recommended

i got the product at half price of the TV advert on Amazon, its a good product but 'made in china' quality, abs are looking good, but i am a short bloke and the bench can be a stretch as the ergonomics are basically built for mr average, otherwise easy to assemble and use.
