It comes with 3 very large rooms also 3 large landing areas. This is a stunning blue Georgian dolls house. Requires a small amount of assembly and comes in a display box so it makes an ideal gift. It weighs approx 15kg and made with 3mm Plywood, so please do not mistake this item with cheaper versions available that look that same. Made by skilled craftsman, the detail is fantastic. Access to the rooms is easy as the front and roof opens up. The house is 1:12th scale. Take a look at the photos and remember a little assembly is needed.
