Makes great smoothies!
I bought this blender to make smoothies. It works perfectly - great smoothies in a matter of seconds. Very easy to clean. Highly reccommended!
Changed the way I eat!
Note: I have the PB200. When I purchased the PB100 it had just been discontinued and I automatically got upgraded to the PB200.
This thing is amazing! I've had it for over a week now and it couldn't be easier to use; you can make smoothies in no time. This machine has changed the way I start my day. I used to never eat breakfast. Not being a morning person I prefer extra sleep over preparing a meal in the morning. But now a healthy breakfast takes 3 mins (max) to prepare and I'm out the door. I even bought the sipping cup lid so I can take the cup straight from the blender into work. But, possibly the best bit is the clean up. My friend has a regular blender and to get down and clean out the bits of food, especially below the blade or from the spout, was a pain. This was the main thing stopping me from buying a blender for myself. But with this blender, the blade unit screws onto the cup like a lid and then sits on the motor unit. So when you've finished blending, all you have to do is take out the cup with the blade screwed on top, unscrew the the blade/lid, rinse it under water and it's clean. The cups are equally easy to clean either by hand or in the dishwasher. I've yet to use the grinding blade for coffee beans, nuts, etc., but I assume it works just as well as the blending one. By and large, this is my favourite purchase in recent memory. I can't wait to try making pestos and soups with it too!
