An excellent little book!
I thoroughly enjoyed this small but interesting book! I've kept Boas for some time now (several years) and found the broad spectrum of information refreshing and informative.
The book covers everything from locality data (including distribution maps for each snake and a discussion on range), through to captive husbandry and breeding. I particularly liked the chapter on feeding - which was well illustrated and helpful.
I wouldn't go so far as to compare it to the likes of the great "Boa Constrictor Manual", but it's certainly a good book! Great glossy photo coverage throughout, and some excellent discussion on this beautiful genre of snake.
Wholly recommended!
