This is the inside story behind the first ten years of the nation's most talked-about radio station. The book chronicles the legend that is talkSPORT radio and the untold tale of how in just ten breathtaking, jaw-dropping years, talkSPORT conquered the airwaves. This brilliant story leaves no stone unturned in smoking out the funniest, frankly sensational and most unbelievable moments that made the station what it is today. From presenters exchanging punches on air to hilarious tales of drunken debauchery in and around the studios, this book has it all. The book features exclusive contributions and revelations from some of the biggest names in the business including Alan Brazil, Ian Wright, Andy Townsend, Stan Collymore, Darren Gough, Ronnie Irani, Rodney Marsh, Tony Cascarino, Mick Quinn, Jason Cundy and many more. You'll laugh, you'll cry and then you'll be gobsmacked to discover what went on when the microphones went off.

Customer Reviews
Backstage fights and 'live' match reporting - Brilliant.
I couldn't believe some of the things I was reading about at that place. The actual fights between presenters during the radio breaks are unbelievable.
The stories from the station's beginnnings really made me laugh- presenters pretending to commentate live from football matches while really watching the games on a little telly in a hotel room are just hilarious. Brilliant stories (Russell Brand guest presenting is a winner) and would thoroughly recommend.
Brilliant!
I've been a fan of the station for years, but didn't know they had a book coming out - a mate told me it was a good read and it is - it's hard to believe that a massive radio station like Talksport is so chaotic behind the scenes - sounds like a right laugh to work there! So many great stories in there and love the stuff about Alan Brazil, he's a beast! Heres to another 10!!
Excellent! A must read
I was not an avid listener of talksport radio, but this has now changed after a recommendation from friend to read this book.
It's an interesting and funny read throughout, with an excellent insight into the crazy goings-on at talksport towers over the stations ten-year history. I highly recommend it. Lets hope the next ten years brings many more laughs and stories.
