A good investment and a pleasure to use
This is a truly lovely and practical product. When I first got my naked iPod Touch I was frightened of dropping it, it feels great but it's heavy and slippery. The solution had to be a case, so I researched a few and found this little beauty. It meets all my criteria and then some. Here are nine of the good reasons for buying this case... there are probably more!

1. It offers the iPod excellent protection.
2. It is small and perfectly formed, with attractive stitching.
3. The leather is superb quality and it is beautifully crafted.
4. The closure is magnetic, therefore neat,quick and easy.
5. The pretty green trim helps me locate it and differentiate from my other black cases and accessories in the bottom of my handbag.
6. I can still type and surf the web comfortably with the case on.
7. The pod can be synced and all other functions work with the case on. The only time I remove it is to dock the pod in a speaker.
8. There's a removable belt clip, which I appreciate being provided although I probably won't use it.
9. The leather is so soft and lovely I actually picked it up and held it just for the joy of it earlier today!

Excellent case
This eco-friendly case has a nice soft leather outer and a tougher leather inner all nicely stitched in green and sealed around all the edges with a green coloured coating of some kind.

Whilst it undoubtedly adds thickness to the iPod touch it covers just about all (the exception is the corner opposite the one with the socket) the iPod touch except where there needs to be gaps for the 30pin dock connector and earphone socket.

I found I can type nearly just as quickly in the case, although the home button seems a little more difficult to press.

Two magnets hold the top of the case down; which is a really neat solution. On the back there is a screw which can be removed to insert a larger screw piece. It is this larger screw piece that clips into the belt clip if required.

This will nicely set off the iPod touch as the semi-PDA I hope to use it as, this case is not for those who go running. Personally I have a silicon case and a Nano for that purpose.

On the negative side it does cover the ambient light sensor so that feature will no longer function as designed.

Overall very happy. (Available slightly cheaper from the OEM)

Excellent
This case is lovely - good quality leather, the stitching is great and it fits like a glove. Generally I was impressed with the overall feel and the fact that it didn't increase the size of the ipod too much.

Just a couple of very slight grumbles though....

The green detail to the edges looks great when new (I've only had mine for a day) but it's just painted on so may wear off reasonably quickly. The other point is advice more than a grumble - some cases have a built in clear plastic cover over the screen to protect it but decreases it's sensitivity, this one doesn't so if you want to look after the screen buy some clear stick on protectors (like the one that came on your ipod when it was new).

Overall it's great and would get 5 stars if it wasn't for worries about the paint.
