Great toy for Roary fans
My son, who is 3 loves, this toy. When it was bought he would spend over an hour putting Roary together and running him around until he fell apart, and then putting him back together again.
It involves screwing parts on to Roary with a plastic screwdriver, which helps to develop co-ordination. When we first got the toy my son was unable to put it together, but after a week of practicing he was able to do it on his own.
I would recommend this toy to any little Roary the Racing Car fan.
Better without the noise, but at least there is a switch ;)
Got this for my 2 year old son, he loves cars and Roary.
Screwdriver a bit tricky for him to properly manage as yet, but he enjoy having a go and loves vroom vrooming it around on the floor.
Personally I prefer quiet toys (I am currently a full time parent of 2 ;)), so it having a switch on it to turn the noise off is good by me, would be even better without it (bahhh humbug - LOL :D))
Good solid build quality, I reckon this should last long enough for him to learn to take the wheels, etc off himself and put them back on again.
One clever design point to note: the screws are all in-situ, so when you remove the wheels and body parts, the screws stay attached to the parts to which they belong, making it harder to lose bits of it - big thumbs up for that one.
Construct Roary
My son loves to take things apart & put them back together. He loves this. I like it because the tool fits nicely under the car - so all the parts stay in one place. My 3 year old son took the eye off and I can't to put it back on, but for the most part it's durable.
