Fantastic game!
I bought this for my 6 year old son last Xmas as he asked for it and he loves it, so does his 4 year old sister (and so do I). You have a treasure chest with a pirate inside who is guarding the gold coins. There are 6 different coloured keys that open the chest and you must hide them under the barrels. You throw the dice and whichever colour you get you have to try to find that colour key. If you find it you open the chest and take a gold coin. But be careful, if you find the "silver key" you have to try to open the treasure chest without waking the pirate. If you do wake him he jumps up (and frightens the life out of you) and you have to put all your gold coins back. The first person to collect 6 coins wins the game.
It's fast, simple, fun! It is good for counting, learning colours for the younger children and great for the memory (trying to remember which colour key is under which barrel).
Fantastic game which I definately recommend - in fact, one the best games my children have!
Fun family game
My 5 year old and 9 year old both enjoyed this game as it was simple and easy to set up.Good fun for the family to play all together with kids under 9years old.
Good Game
Got this game for my four year old and he really enjoys playing it with his big sister. Good for recognising colours and counting although he does like to make his own rules up (always in his favour so that he wins or so that he can make the pirate pop!!!)
