Nice experience
This is my replcement laptop after my first one just died. Hoooo, hooo, hoo.
I loved my previous one but this new laptop which I bought recently, have saved me from going into depression. Very nice, looks tough, easy to access key board, good navigation. Webcam although not best but sufficient to have chat. Battery life- it says 4 hrs in specification but approx 2.5-3 hrs when fully charged. Fast internet browsing with one touch key. Widescreen. Best is relatively affordable for such a good specification.

Good value for money
I purchased this on Saturday night got it on Monday morning.Excellent Amazon service.
VGN-NW20SF is good value for money.This configuration runs very smoothly with windows 7.
I waited for this as I got bored with XP.This is a good improvement.
I did get 50 pound cheaper Vaio but it was slow, I returned it.
I would suggest this should be benchmark configuration to run windows 7 , anything less you wouldn't enjoy as it will be slow.

What a shame
Loved the funky pink textured case, the useful one-touch internet key, the embedded keyboard. Absolutely hate the touchpad. This is a relatively high-end laptop disabled by a ghastly Alps touchpad that leaves the cursor sliding around like a drunken monkey. And yes, I have adjusted the pointer speed, etc. Having used a laptop with a Synaptics touchpad for years, I now realise what joyful precision I used to take for granted.

Shame on Sony for installing this rubbish on an otherwise top spec machine. Am just dreading the next few years of tediously coaxing the pointer around the screen. What a waste of time.
