During 10 years i´ve done a lot of research about the history of Reiki and new ways to use it. Soon I found explanations for the results of Reiki energy work in shamanic and Huna philosophy. Out of this and new research about the energy work and spiritual understanding of Reiki Founder Mikao Usui I developed a complete system which incudes working together with spirits, producing Reiki-Essences, which are like the-healing-spirit-in-a-bottle, new, very effective and easy to handle Aura/Chakra Work and a system to combine Reiki and healing with gemstones. The effects of the Reiki-Essences are proven by medical professionals. The essays about it with all details are printed in the book. Rainbow Reiki
Rainbow reiki is a truly superb book, offering so much to anyone who reads it! It offers specialised techniques for healing, particularly on others, and Lubeck explains these techniques with great clarity. (The Reiki powerball has proved very effective for blockages!) I was impressed how Lubeck suggested the use of different techniques for those initiated in Reiki 1, and 2, allowing all practitionners to develop their own methods. Along with this, there is information on power animals, power places and spirit helpers, packed with exercises for increasing your abilities. PLEASE read this book!

Rainbow Reiki
Rainbow Reiki is based upon the tradition form of Reiki, from the Usui System of teaching. Thus, the basic precepts, teachings, and attunements from this system are essentially the same as virtually any other Usui Reiki based system.

Beyond these foundational precepts, Rainbow Reiki system includes a variety of additional resources. Some of the most interesting aspects of this work included in depth information on aura and chakra work; the layouts of environmental or crystal mandalas; how to work with subtle beings; and the use of Reiki essences. It should be noted that this work is not a complete course guide for Rainbow Reiki. Instead, this text serves as a way to deepen the meaning and expand upon these original teachings.

Although not trained or attuned to this particular system of Reiki, I found Rainbow Reiki to be a very useful resource and pertinent to my own light work. Likely, this is due to the fact that I have been trained in the foundations of other Usui based traditions. Thus, I have no qualms about recommending this book to anyone with traditional Reiki training.
