This book is American. Most of the products are American brands and the measurements are in cups.
Waste of money for we Brits. Don't bother.

It's OK but if you dont live in America, most of the content is worthless as it all refers to foods obtained out there.
I wish i hadnt bought it but i cant fault it's thoroughness not usefulnes if i was in USA.
