A useful short guide
A useful abreviated guide to Cape Town and surrounding areas, especially if you are time-limited, as we were.
Very practical guide
Just back from SA and we found this Cape Town and Winelands guide very practical and useful for planning our 6 days in Cape Town and Franschoek.
Convenient to carry around and easy to follow guide.
We did find some duplication of places/activities in the various sections, but their descriptions differed to an extent, so no repetition as such.
Recommended guide
Waste of Time
I am hoping to go to South Africa next year visiting Cape Town and the Wine Region. This book does not give me any of the information required to plan the trip. Information on hotels etc is minimal and the book itself has proved of no value in planning the trip. I would not recommend it.
