    Excellent space saving ab trainer5
I had one of these crunch trainers about 10 years ago but some how it managed to get lost, I have tried other ab trainers since but none are as good as this one. The best features are the pillow which provides very good support and the fact that it folds aways after use makes it all the more useful. I had been looking for this trainer for some time so was really pleased when I found them on Amazon I would recommend this trainer.

Nice piece of simple equipment targetting a tough area of the body5
I have always been hesitant about buying fitness gear as I see so many of them for sale in the local papers with words like .. only used once.

I have been going to the gym regularly for the last three years but I am not a great user of the machines more swimming, yoga , pilates. I know you have to build muscles by resistance training so I have done some sit ups on a similar sit up machine.

This is a nice relatively inexpensive piece of equipment and is not technical so nothing can go wrong or need maintenance. It takes up a small amount of space. Non exercisers always say the same thing .... surely you can just do sit ups anywhere.

I find them one of the toughest exercises along with press ups. Any help is greatly appreciated.

It is easy to use and comes with an explanatory leaflet which sets out the various levels of exercise from beginner to expert. It also has a DVD you can play on your computer.

I have started a few crunches and will try and do so many a day. It is sitting under the telly in my front room so it will be confronting me every day reminding me to do the exercise.

It comes out easily and easy to complete say fifty crunches before or after work. My stomach muscles and my ability to lift my legs is rubbish so there is room for improvement

I look forward to using it each day and get to expert level as soon as possible. It protects the shoulders and neck as they rest on the head rest whereas normally a sit up has you straining th shoulders and hurting the neck.

A great piece of fitness equipment for the price.

    Best design I've found4
This is (so far) the only sit-up machine that I've found which folds up. They are quite stiff to fold up when they are new, but don't be put off - it does get easier after a couple of weeks (and there is a knack to it).
I'll be honest, and say that it doesn't exactly fold flat, but at least you can keep it behind a door or under a bed.
I sold my first one when I relocated, and then got a second a while later (regretting getting rid of the first), I have looked for a better design in the shops, but haven't found one yet.
I know people who have bought other kinds (cheaper and more expensive), but they take up so much room that they dismantle them and never use them again.
