Uplifting and life changing stuff!5
I completly recommend this four cd set to anyone and everyone!

I have had phobias and depression for years which have completly ruled my life and have read many self help books and seen many therapists, but listening to this CD set once has completly changed my mindset and outlook on life! Through Dr.Wayne's inspiriational and spiritual talking and Byron Katie's NLP and questioning your thoughts work, I really feel a new beginning in my life has begun! I was left feeling uplifted,calm and confident and I feel now that I can begin to get my life back on track and am very exited about doing so!

The CDs' are recordings of a live seminar where Dr. Wayne is giving a very inspirational talk on balance and living your true life path to thousands of people live, and then later on Byron Katie takes over and gets the audience to fill in some worksheets and gets three stressed and upset people up from the audience, works with them and shows how to realise the problem situation, deal with it and embrace it by realsing the part you are playing in it and then how to change your view of it and how you deal with it. They all left happy, uplifted and relaxed!
Then Dr. Wayne talks some more and they both take questions from the audience.

I thouroughly recommend this to anyone, stressed, anxious, depressed or just wanting to attain some new wisdom.

If you open your mind to it,it can be life changing stuff! :-)

I bought this four disc c.d from reading another positive review first about this c.d.

I'm a big Byron Katie fan, and have also bought her book 'loving what is.' WHich i also really recommend, as it goes into great detail about how to 'do the work.'

I've been interested in 'personal self development' for a few years now. And Bryon Katie i have found out of all the spiritual and personal teachers which i have researched and come across, to really click and work for me.
As i am a visual and feeling type of person, i found her style and visual examples of what she does very helpful.

I found you can feel straight away from hearing Byron Katie talk that she really is an awakening spiritual person.

How she helps people and what 'the work' is all about is how to question every unhappy, stressful thought that we have in our day to day lives.
And most importantly how we should investigate and question each of those thoughts before we decide whether to believe the stressful thought and then how we react to that thought. She teaches you how we should turn that thought around and to then find some opposites of the thought and then to find some real examples of the opposite and stressful thought.

She calls what she does 'the work' and i have never found any step by step simple, and easy what is 'four questions and a turnaround' in which breaks down our thoughts and beliefs about anything or anyone.
It can help people who are depressed or who are just stressed out with their thoughts.

Byron has devised this way of the work through her own personal experience of suffering and depression initially, until 30 years ago when she was awakened, and she says that she has not experienced a stressful thought since..

She says she is helping people who have had enough of their own stressful thoughts and she is throwing it out there and you could say that in a spiritual sense could call it that she is 'doing her service to god' by showing people how we can help ourselves and our stressful thoughts.
As she has been awakened from despair into bliss.. -(no negative stressful thoughts!) She even goes into prisons to help convicted prisoners.

If you want to investigate more about 'the work' there are tons of links on what she does on 'U Tube' which consist of interviews with people who she helps doing the work with them. And you can see for yourself how it all fits together and how it works.

I found this c.d very useful for me to gain help about how to actually 'do the work' properly and more effectively.

I would recoment this c.d to anyone starting out on personal development, or who's been doing it for awhile or even ages.

The other guy who starts the interview is quite interesting and naturally funny also,which i found a good mix. But katie can and does normally do 'the work' on other people perfectly well on her own.
