An intriguing read for the open minded...
This little book contains some eerie and fascinating first hand accounts of strange and inexplicable events. Perusing its pages is a great way to spend an hour by the fireside on a cold winter evening, but be warned, once started, it is rather difficult to put down again...

Just a great read
This is a great book, I loved it as 'It Happened To Me' is my favorite part of Fortean Times so to get so many stories in one hit is really good. For those of you who don't read Fortean Times the stories are eye witness accounts of strange events. Great book at a great price.

Book of Shadows
I'm a bit of a dichotomy when it comes to (supposed) real-life stories of the supernatural: I'm naturally skeptical, always looking for a more prosaic explanation of what are described as paranormal events, but at the same time really 'wanting to believe'. This book definitely falls among those stories that are fascinatingly believable. There are fantastic coincidences, inhuman creatures, ghosts, bizarre voices on the phone lines, and time slips. The only aspect missing is UFOs, but this is a book of the paranormal. Of course the contributors in some cases could be telling a tall tale, but that can't be the reality for all. For anyone interested in the supernatural, folklore and urban myth this is a must buy.
