Really Works!
The woman on the DVD has a very annoying voice because of how enthusiastic she is trying to be, she also doesn't really go through the movements enough she expects you to catch on straight away and go with the flow. However, after just 20mins of doing the excercise my stomach muscles hurt for a whole day which means they must've been working during the dance workout and therefore it works.
