About the Author
Dr. Doreen Virtue is a spiritual psychotherapist who works with the angelic realm including the fairies. Dr. Virtue is the author of 23 books on MBS issues. Dr. Virtue rediscovered her childhood clairvoyancy when she reacted to a life-saving message sent to her from a guardian angel. Best regression CD ive tried!
This is the best regression CD ive tried. Most out there are very basic and bland, Doreen manages to create a deep relaxing regression that stimulates the imagination and carrys you far away. An angel will guide you and take you on a journey which involves the chakra colours. Unlike other CDs you will enter this regression with a question such as why am I like this? Why do I always do that or fear that? You will be taken to the life that may have influenced you.

Doreen asks questions and makes you observe what you see. You will then go to another lifetime and at the end an Arhangel will clear away any old pain or fear from those lifetimes. I have lent this to others who also were very moved by this regression. If you fall asleep during any meditation CD try sitting up and dont use late at night.

I thoroughly enjoy listening to this tape.

Side one has a discussion on past lives. Doreen speaks about her past lives and how she has developed her soul and lifes purpose...all very deep, but not as deep as the meditation on side two! It is 45 minutes (although side one lasts 15-20 mins).

Se starts out by getting you to totally relax. This lasts for about 10 minutes. She asks you to think of a question that you need answers to, something significant.

Anyway, you meet your angels who help direct you into the tunnel of your unconcious mind...to access your 'akashic' records - all of the records of the souls lives that are stored within us.

Se then goes on to take you into a trance ike state, in other words to go very deep into the back of your mind or souls ind/history, as i think she puts it... Anyway there is plenty to divulge in on his very special tape.

if your curious about past lives, then this tape is de inately a good starting point! If you already into past lives, then this tape wll certainly compliment your existing herapy. I'm sure you'll get something from this tape. Good stuff...

Brilliant!
This past life regression tape is absolutely brilliant! On the first side, Doreen talks about past lives and on the second side there is a fantastic meditation, where she regresses you to two of your past lives. It is really intense, and I felt the angels with me all the way. I really got a lot from this tape, and it is well worth the money.

I definitely recommend this tape!
