If you are hoping to shed some pounds quickly and safely this is perfect!
Well this is a very good quality sweat suit, some who have used this type of item before will know that sometimes they make the PVC so thin that it rips upon removing or putting it on, this one will not! - I hope!!! ;)

The size is perfect, again some turn out HUGE or SKIMPY - this is really what it says it is Large/X Learge! Also for those taller people the legs are reasonably long too!

Great product to wear jogging, or other such activities. I use it to cycle in and it is doing a good job!! - really seeing the effects after just a couple of weeks!!! A must have for anybody looking to lose weight, whilst exercising!

Sweaty
Used this item about 5 times now, and it is still going strong! Much better than any suits I have worn in the past.

good value for money
I would say that this product is very good value for money. I know other people who have bought different brands of suits elsewhere that have ripped after 2 uses. This one though is good quality and has lasted well. I ordered a medium to large and only being 5 ft 4 it is very big!
All in all though a good purchase and I would recomend it.
