Dreadful! This should come with a health warning!
I bought TWO of these as I thought the problems with the first were just a blip. And I was seduced by just how easy it was at first...it really did do those duvet covers and heavy cotton shirts. BUT despite constant cleaning out -BOTH of them have died just after a year of purchase ( and so were not covered by warranty), with problems with over-heating; just not steaming or spewing out piles of crap so I had to wash the ironed article again. The manufacturer does not recommend using distilled water either and I cleaned the iron after every time I used it. Bloody nightmare. I shall miss the powerful steam but it is not a good investment.

DONT BUY THIS IRON
We were initially very pleased with this iron but 13 months later it needed repairing at a cost of £149. It was just out of guarantee and therefore no come back. Would not buy this model again.
