a nightmare
After 3 uses, water was coming out instead of steam and the iron itself was not warming as it should.
Not practical to put the water in and it would be nice to have a clue of how much water is still in.
All in all, it was not a good experience.

Really nice Iron
Irons both sides at once therefore cuts ironing time, agree with other comment it does not hold enough water but i keep a jug beside be so no problem i have not experienced handle getting hot im very please with this iron......you can always send it back if not happy...im happy so far

Really Bad Quality
it's a pain to fill up and does not take much water, also the handle gets so hot you cant touch it if you have used it for 20 mins, it should have had a rubber handle to stop this. Very poor build quality.
