Product Description

Do you worry about what people think of you? Do you sometimes feel everyone else is more confident and more successful than you are? Do you wish you could forget about judging yourself all the time and get on with your life? Many people suffer from low self-esteem and find it difficult to believe in themselves - to believe they deserve respect and consideration. But people can change, and learn to accept themselves as they are, without relying on other people's opinions. Readers should be able to overcome the feelings of failure, embarrassment and anxiety that can hold them back. This book aims to help you to hold your head up high, be calm, confident and assertive, whatever happens to you.

EXCELLENT!5
I first read this book 7 years ago and it totally changed my life! It contains good, solid and rational advice on how to look at yourself and the world. I'd HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is feeling low, depressed, worthless, inadequate, etc. It'll change your life!

mostly useful4
most of this book i found to be very informative. The issues that are raised are looked at with a good perspective. However, i did find that for me there was one main problem, that was the 'revenge' bit. saying that we should copy someones bad behaviour in order to make them understand and respect us, i feel this is a childish method, and i feel that it is sinking to a lower level, this point is also argued in the book, but i do feel that there is still a better way to do things. Otherwise, on the whole the book is good, its useful and has a good many techniques that would be advantageous to anyone.
