Great read for Stoke fans
I first read this book last Christmas after Santa left it in my dad's stocking. I've just read it again after buying my own copy along with Dave Lee's new follow up "More! You could'ner make it up!".
The second read has reminded what a great little book this is as it charts the last 30 years of Stoke's managers in Dave Lee's unique and amusing interview style that is usually found in The Oatcake book reviews.
A year may of passed, but as a factual book it remains timeless and will make a great Christmas present for those Stoke fans who have not yet got the book.
Light hearted analysis- fantastic stuff!!
David Lee asks the questions and provides immediate answers. This is a must for any Stoke City supporter. It is hard to believe there have been 25 managers' since the great Waddo and there are some that escape the memory, but the horrors of Chris Kamara et al come flooding back when you glance at his shocking perm!
I bought mine direct from LBA books and the service was first class. Top work!
