Just a good, fun workout
I bought this book in a random fit of madness when I was bored with my keep-fit routine. Not looked back since. Though the moves look simple they do take a fair degree of poise and strength to practice - let alone refine. I honestly saw myself becoming more toned after two weeks. Not only that but my self confidence is higher and my posture is better. The only gripe I've had is that it can at times take a while to figure out just how a few of the moves should be done, a video/DVD may have helped. But in the end I settled for what I thought would work - it's fun, who cares if it's not perfect.

Not for me!
This is a lovely book. Clear descriptions, lovely photos and a good read. Great confidence booster as well. BUT...... it only once you receive the book that you realise that this is not for the faint hearted. I cannot do Yoga as I need both knees and a hip replacing (too much aerobics - learn from me!)and it is a bit of a nuisance to find that you actually need a pole to do half the exercises in the book. If you have a pole in your husbands study like the author - then bingo, this is the book for you. If you don't and also don't have the space to roll against blank walls, writhe along the floor etc then it is defnitely not for you. Shame, because it looks like fun, fun, fun!
