oh, this is good
I bought this book after having a baby because I felt I could really do with improving the look of my naked self. To be honest I really didn't think it would be quite so good. It is packed full of tips and secrets of women who spend the majority of their time naked; from face mask recipes, to make up tips, to how they handle cellulite, birthmarks and scars.
It includes chapters on how to make your 'personal' bits look fantastic; what the most seductive lingerie and hairstyles are for your shape, and how to take off your clothes (even jeans) in the sexiest way possible.
It is like reading dozens of beauty magazine in one, and if nothing else you will come away with some top tips and more awareness about what these women have to do to look so good. (It boosted my self-esteem to be reminded looking good takes such an effort for nearly all of us!!)
