Customer Reviews
Moving, draining, but impossible to resist
Although this book is beyond anything I have ever experienced I could perfectly empathise with the main characters. It is easy to see how the endless worries over infertitlity could destroy a relationship and take you to the brink of insanity. Asher brilliantly depicts the emotional turmoil the couple go through and unlike anything else I have ever come across, the man's feelings are also dealt with superbly. I cried a great deal when reading this novel but it was worth every tear. Read it even if you have no experience of the issues it deals with - but have a box of tissues at the ready!
A very good read
I found this book griping reading. The best book I have read for years,. Stayed with me for day's when I fininshed . Can't wait to read more of Janes books now. It's a must read.
A fab book, very moving
I have never read any of Jane Asher's books before and wasn't sure what to expect but it was excellent, very well written too. I have just started on The Question and hope this one is as good. I could empathise with all the characters and they jumped out as very real. More please.
