Well written, warm and very informative.
Yet again, Betty Shine delivers a book full of insight, understanding, and warmth. She covers so many areas that this is one book that definitely needs reading a few times! Never shy of trying to convey complex issues in her easily understood style, Betty relates her experiences about communicating with animals and nature, her tremendous abilities as a healer, awareness of psychometry, and of course many stories from real-life cases. She eventually concludes with a clear and concise section on hand-analysis and yoga. She effortlessly guides the reader through fascinating areas of her world, and explains simple ways in which anyone (absolutely anyone!) can broaden their own horizons and begin to develop their own awareness and abilities. This latest offering shows that even after having written around a dozen big-selling books over the last few years, Betty Shine still has plenty to say, and I hope she has more books still waiting to be written! Hopefully "A Free Spirit" will introduce even more people to her wonderful catalogue of work. This book, alongside her others, has pride of place in my collection.
