Customer Reviews
Great Book!!
I was really pleased with this book. It is well laid out and perfect for beginners as it explains yoga in an easy and uncomplicated way. It is fresh and inviting to read with very clear colour photographs. Beginners will find this book a joy to read as well as those who already know a bit about yoga. The book is divided up into several well thought out sections each one detailing a different aspect of yoga, including a section for pregnant women and a section at the end describing which poses to do to counteract various ailments. The only thing I would say here is that there is no explanation of why each of the selected poses benefit the particular ailment it is recommended for. However, the book in general is very good- sensible and helpful and is definately one of the better ones that I have come across.
