He is the successful author of several books, including The Watercolourist's Year (HC), and is the Consultant and Contributor to The Art Course partwork. An invaluable aid both at home and to take on outside trips
This book describes not just how to paint realistic bulidings but also gives technical reasons on why some buildings are built the way they are. I now use it as a reference point, drawing painting tutorial and source of inspiration.
