Geography explained4
This book is the perfect companion for anyone doing AS level geography, even better if you intend on carrying on to do A2. It includes everything you need for exam success, which is more than just the answers, it gives the reader an easy to read jargon busted explanation of geographical processes which gives rise to a passion for the subject. I found it useful and userfriendly, using the right terminology for me to talk-the-talk in my AS but not so much as to frazzle my brain and make me refuse to even look at it again. This book is an investment, for all the geography lovers everywhere, enjoy!

An A-Level book with excellent diagrams but unclear text.4
This book is a must for all A-Level geographers. The diagrams are coloured, fully labelled and are very clear. They make up for rather dull text that muddles together several topics at once. Usually if you don't understand the text, the diagrams will solve your problem. Make sure you look up all the pages about a subject, because there are often snippets of information on many pages rather than one. I would recommend the book to anyone studying coasts, rivers or the periglacial regions but you are unlikely to find it a complete source. If you understand the text first time - well done !

An excellent teaching guide5
I have used this book for teaching 'A'-Level classes for the last two years. The coasts section is particularly good, with detailed information on processes and landforms.
