A brilliant book
This book provides the basic diet plan for Marguerite Patten's - Arthritis: Over 60 Recipes and a Self-treatment Plan to Transform Your Life. The diet is difficult but not impossible.I have great hopes this will ease all my arthritic aches and pains as the book has been reprinted so many times.
