Customer Reviews

Compact, informative but not error-free3
There are frequent inconsistencies in this book - apparent even to someone who has never studied the subject in detail despite claiming it is designed for students. It seems not to have been properly checked, and that is not me being pedantic.

Apart from that it is very interesting and gives a very broad and brief view of human history from the origins of civilisation right up to today's spectacular, globalised society.
