Customer Reviews

Common Sense Book5
A short, simple and easy to understand book, discussing sleep and sleep problems. Contains "blue-prints" for thinking about things like "how much sleep do I need", "how do I prepare myself for bed","tips and hints re herbal and alternative medicine".
Written by a journalist, so it's very easy to follow.

A comprehensive guide by an expert in the field4
This book is a fairly comprehensive guide to sleep and how to sleep well, written by an expert in the field. It explains complex sleep disorders such as Sleepwalking, Narcolepsy and Advanced Sleep Syndrome in an easy-to-understand way. My only criticism is that it could have included a little more practical guidance on how to use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to improve your sleep.
