Up lifting
I was feeling very low after having an accident and this book seemed to tell me to buy it whilst I was buying other books for Christmas. I read it in a few days and it has certainly answered alot of my questions and certainly lifted my spirits. Now looking for the next one to read.

Love all Jacky Newcomb's books this one was especially good .Lost My Husband tragically and this brought me great comfort .
