Review
Review of First Edition: "It is beautifully illustrated, and contains many eye-catching photographs and large, colourful diagrams. The explanations are clear and interesting, often interspersed with a touch of dry humour. !a readable and enjoyable text. This book will stimulate able students to pursue topics further, and will provide an excellent framework of understanding for those of more limited abilities." Journal of Biological Education

Best Book for A-level Human Biology
This book is really clear and is well illustrated and makes for intesting reading. The book starts will Biology of the Cell before moving on the the Systems of the body and then Genetics, and then the Environment. It encompasses all those apects of Biology that affects humans.
As well as A-level students, this book is suitable for students studying for nursing and Health Science.
Excellent research material, concise yet in depth.
I found this book to be very usefull and great for essays in my AS course of human biology. Its divided into easy to read chapters and is just the right depth and detail for AS/A level. It provides you with a good base for any background reading needed and is easy to understand.overall an excellent book!!!
human biology by mike boyle and kathryn senior
This book is ok. it gives you the basics (summarises), but I don't find it to be in enough detail for the AS/A2 human biology. It doesn't often give you the information that you require.
