Written for USA cheese market3
I bought this hoping to get a reference book of cheese that I would see in the UK and Europe. Although this does cover the big European cheeses it is written by a Californian and therefore aimed at the USA.
It is still a good book and very interesting and well laid out. It is missing a few of the smaller British cheeses that I was hoping to see.
Buy it if you are USA based.
If you are UK based consider getting an alternative first.
