About the Author
Eugene R. Bartlett is a cable industry consultant, Instructor at the ITT Technical Institute, and an independent technical writer. He was formerly the director of engineering and partner in serveral cable television systems. Bartlett is the author of the first edition of this book, Cable Television Technology and Operations, and Cable Communications, both published by McGraw-Hill.
