About the Author

Robert D. Ramsey is a lifelong educator and freelance writer. Dr. Ramsey's professional career has included frontline experience in three award-winning school districts in two different states as a teacher, counselor, curriculum coordinator, personnel director, associate superintendent, acting superintendent, and adjunct professor.

I think this book is very useful for every teacher. If you are a teacher, you can find a lot of useful hints about your instruction in this book. In addition, here's practical help for becoming a powerful influence over your students' intrinsic motivation and this tips will help students develop the freedom they need to control the decisions that affect their school lives.
