About the Author
Karl Williams is currently employed by Mitra Imaging, a leading medical imaging software company recently acquired by AGFA. In 1985 Mr. Williams was the recipient of an IBM computer technology award for building a computer-controlled robotic arm. A resident of Ontario, Canada, he hosts a robotics and electronics web site.

Excellent Book
Excellent book with clear, easy to follow construction diagrams, photos and schematics. The mechanical construction only required simple hand tools, it took an afternoon to construct the mechanics of the robot and it worked first time. The programming of the robot is explained in detail, with a listing of the source code, allowing easy modification and experimentation.
