Customer Reviews

Don't bother1
I liked the title of this book, all the words matched what I was looking for. Unfortunately the scripts provided are DBA scripts and not developer scripts. Most of the scripts are redundant if you have a tool such at Toad. The book is padded out to the extreme explaining how each script works in minute detail when really a small write-up of each script would be more than enough. I don't know who this book is aimed at - it has DBA scripts so maybe a DBA, but then it explains such low level detail so maybe the novice developer ? - Bafled - well at least I expensed the book so I havn't lost any money.
