Buy It! It's a Must!5
This book is simply excellent. I found the on screen help and manual I got with my iPAQ poor but knew I had bought a very capable piece of kit. This book explained shortcuts and features I didn't know I had.

One of the best features is the loads of www sites listed all through the relevant chapters some with free down loads and others offering features I was looking for. My iPAQ is replacing my old but very trusty Psion and in particular I found the Contacts and Appointments features in Pocket PC could have been better. This book offered a site and down load of a programme which improves these features 100%

This book is a must if you want to get the most out of your Pocket PC, even if you just want to improve some of the features you use regularly

Thorough and useful content for Pocket PC owners5
Very comprehensive resource for Pocket PC users. Went into more detail than I expected, which was welcome, but didn't 'baffle me with science'

Felt very disappointed regarding the Lotus Notes sync section because it didn't mention some software that I have been using religiously for three years called Cadenza by CommonTime Inc. Considering the software is recommended by Compaq and others it's a criminal oversight in what was actually an exceptional book.

The software library was superb and the technical content would put many technical writers to shame, it was GOOD. The flow of the book was even more logical than that pointy-eared Star Trek officer which made it an easy, and not cumbersome reference tool.

Would I recommend this book? Yes, your PDA would miss this book. There's not much more fun you can have with your fingers and a handheld device!!
