Product Description

Intro Programming course is estimated currently at 150-200,000 and growing. Visual Basic is taking over where BASIC, Qbasic, and QuickBasic once dominated, in the Introductory Business Programming course. That trend will continue as VB continues to encroach on other less progressive languages such as COBOL and the Basic variations listed above within CIS and Business departments. The courses that can be supported by this text are not specific to any one type of institution, since VB in a Business course is largely a functional topic needed by all types of students from 2-4 year, to Vo-Tech, to extended, to even adult education.

Programming in Visual Basic 6.0 Update5
This book is for people who want to learn visual basic at any stage - beginners, intermediate to advance. This book is written by students who learnt VB and its made for students or anyone in the industry who is or just started programming in VB.
It teaches you from the beginning, and assumes that you have no knowledge of the programming - also good for someone who wants to know what programming is. It is also for laymen who want to set-up household or any kind of budgets, also useful for someone who knows about Excel and wants to go a bit further.

It is very well written and understandable. It is paperback so you can carry it around and easy to put in your briefcase or handbag.

If you have been looking for a book that makes sense or looking for a good book then this one is it. Hope you enjoy this book like you I have looked at other books too. I would recommend this book because it is easy to read and understand.
