Customer Reviews
quite a good book
I recommend this book for those who're studying uml with java programmin background. It includes java examples inside, making a really good applied exmaples.
Provides Clear Explanation of UML
This book is quite old now, but since UML doesn't seem to change much it has not been a problem for me. It covers a good range of UML diagrams and ways of using them and good examples to aid understanding. It is not in Chen Notation, which is what I was used to, but this wasn't really a problem.
The book also gives some insight into design patterns such as MVC etc. and is all round a good book for anyone involved in software engineering and design.
