French know-how from leeds man
This book represents to me what MPW is about, ultimate flavours with unbeliavable technique! dishes range from easily achievable to 2 star solid top combi oven cooking! This book should be classified as a national treasure considering it's top french cookery from a man how has never been in a country of pierre's!!!!
easy but sure to impress
I consult this book time and time again. Simple, great techniques, good 'essentials' in the back which can be pre-prepared and will add the chef flavour to all dishes. Fish particularly good.
