Product Description

This is a story of magic, sorcery and supernatural drama. In 1985 Andrew Collins and a psychic colleague uncovered an inscribed spearhead, buried as part of an occult ritual. Claiming to have forged a telepathic link with its maker - a lone figure practising a dangerous form of black magic - the pair were directed to other desecrated holy places, unaware that their adversary was now hunting them, resulting in a confrontation leading to what have been described as disturbing displays of psychic powers. Then, in the early hours of 16th October 1987, as southern England was being hit by its first hurricane for more than two-and-a-half centuries, individuals across the country are said to have reported the same nightmare, revealing the hidden secrets of the hurricane and the power of "the black alchemist". The author also wrote "The Seventh Sword".

This book scared me almost to death!!!5
I first recieved a copy of this book and once I started to read it, I could not put it down. This author of this book states that this is all based on a true story, and it is written in the style of a journal, complete with photographs and statements from psychics and mediums involved within the book. I continue to read it again and again.

Famous Five for psychic questers5
This author writes a cracking good yarn. Although I would never 'do' psychic questing myself(and believe it could be quite dangerous) the fact that Andrew Collins writes so well kept me reading. Coincidentally at the same time I was reading Toyne Newton's 'The demonic connection' which covers exactly the same ground as Collins' book.
The area under exploration in both books is Patching in Sussex site of bizare happenings, dogs go missing, people die in mysterious circumstances.
Collins book concerns itself with the malevolent mind behind much of the goings on the Black Alchemist himself.
If you like the history of England and are into spiritual matters this is a well written exposition combining the two.

A very real experience5
This book is indeed riviting reading and still hard to find, what made this book even more 'real' to me is that I live not 5 miles from the site of one of the encounters that took place and know the other areas quite well.

If you can get a copy - do and keep hold of it.
