The perfect storm of a 3-year old's tantrum
Angry Arthur is a beautifully perceptive observation of a 3-year old boy's tantrum when told to turn off the TV and go to bed. He progresses from destroying his house and street to a shattering "universe quake", despite attempts to soothe him by various loved ones. When he eventually does calm down, he has no recollection of what triggered the episode in the first place. I was lucky enough to happen upon this book in the library when my son was three. We both loved it.
angry arthur
I bought this for my son when he was three, and read it to him often. He's now in his twenties and asks where the book has gone so much, as it has memories for him (probably because he recognized the feelings it describes so well), that I bought him a new copy.He loves it!
