fascinating study of old New York5
This is a very nice book from an excellent writer. Although not his best book, which i consider to be old Mr.Flood it was still a very interesting study of some characters based around the old NY harbour, and its fishing boats. Its a collection of 5-6 stories around different characters that the writer meets and talk to and learns some part of their history. I read this summer while on vacation and i must say that it was a very pleasant read.
