Good but not what I thought it was3
This is a good book covers subject well, but I wanted a book which would help me implement ITIL in a small company, and it does not really deliver on that. It did how ever cover areas which made me think about what was possible the company and what was not so delivered some of what I needed.

Worth buying if you under stand the support system in your company and have a grounding in ITIL but it is not an how to implement ITL it is a framework book.
