Customer Reviews

A good all round overview4
ITIL Service Lifecycle official introduction, does exactly what it says on the tin. It provides the right level of introduction to ITIL v3. For those who are driven by service management this is a must have. Overall, yes. "Fit for Purpose", meets its objective. I found both useful and informative. This is definitely not a substitue..but a good addition.

ITIL V3 Book Review3
I bought this some time ago and it proved invaluable in helping me to upgrade my V2 Managers Qualification to V3.

I passed the Managers Bridge using it (and it proved better than my tutor from one of the UK's leading Training Companies).

In fact I have emails from fellow course attendees (from the Bridging course I attended) who said I seems to know more about V3 than the tutor did and I put it all down to this book.

They thanked me for clearling up aspects the tutor could not and again it was the book which gave me the foundation of knowledge about V3 that I needed.

Forgot to rate this before I posted the review and can't seem to edit that now. In hind sight I would rate it is between 4 and 5 stars.
